AD FEATURE: University Campus of North Lincolnshire celebrates the class of 2024 with poignant graduation ceremonies

The celebrations have been in full swing as students from the University Campus of North Lincolnshire collectively came together to graduate.

Receiving certificates from a variety of leading universities, which validate the plethora of programmes delivered at the UCNL, students have been speaking warmly about the unwavering support they’ve been afforded, as they embark on a new chapter in their lives.

Laura Raby-Anderson, Head of HE Recruitment, said: “We are incredibly proud of all our graduates and their accomplishments. Their achievements reflect not only individual excellence but also the strength and support of our entire academic community. As they enter the next stage of their careers, we are confident they will continue to make significant contributions to their fields and communities.

Daniella Cherry, a graduate of the BA (Hons) in Social Science degree, said: “I started as someone who was lost in the world and didn’t know where I wanted to be and left as someone who’s self-confident, determined and driven with a better outlook for the future.

“I’ll forever be thankful for UCNL and all the staff who have helped me be the person I am today.”

Steph Miller, who recently graduated from the FdSc Mental Health and Wellbeing degree, added: “Do it. Quite simply it will be the best thing you will ever do. The course has not only changed my professional life but personally I have grown, and I am a lot more confident in myself and my abilities.

“I have met friends for life, and everyone is so supportive of one another. It has allowed me to develop personally and see my true potential.

“The tutors all hold a wide array of experience with a wealth of knowledge – they are passionate about the subject. They are always there if you need any support or a motivational speech. They want the best for you and are always there to push you to reach your true potential.”
