Pics as families meet newborn lambs at Elsham Hall and Thornton Abbey Maze

Families had a chance to see lambs being born at one of the biggest lambing events in the country.

Elsham Hall has more than 300 ewes, but the barn is only open to the public for two days. The first was on Easter Sunday, the second will be on Sunday April 7. (Tickets can be purchased on the Elsham Hall website.)

Meanwhile, Thornton Abbey Maze, near Ulceby, has launched its Easter Lambing Live event, which runs every day until April 15. The events includes a chance to feed the lambs and a tractor ride with Easter egg hunt. (See details on the Thornton Abbey Maze website.)
